Amazingly nice staff and functional rooms, we had a wonderful experience. We appreciated rooms with lagoon view. The location was great and beautiful - right by the Rialto bridge, the boat stop and the centre of Venice and the Rialto bridge. Besides, the property was 1 km away from a wide canal. The service was absolutely terrific.

I had a very good experience here, everything was nice, the location was ideal short walk to St Mark's square as well as the main attractions as well as the city transport, Burano, Murano and Lido are easily accessible from there.
